Past sporting experience: started out as a XC runner and then found the mountain bike appealing. Eventually found my way onto the road and track.
Entry to sport: a strong family gene towards competitive endurance sports and a couple of crazy uncles...
Strengths: Seat height.
Hobbies: CBC radio. The crazy world of Canadian politics. Newspapers. I really like a good coffee, be that espresso, moka pot, siphon, press pot or AeroPress. My interest in coffee has run unchecked for a while now.. It's getting to be concerning. I am also a fan of a good beer and have (with former TRT team member and resident food scientist Dave) tried my hand at a couple of batches of homebrew. And there is nothing better than sharing either beverage with good company.
